*This session is for women already trained in FEMM or other fertility awareness methods. If you are unacquainted with FEMM and want your hormone health questions answered, please book my ‘Hormone Tracking’ session.

As an RN and FEMM certified fertility awareness educator, I am here to help you understand your body and take the first steps towards a healthier you.

Are you interested in learning more about your body through FEMM’s reproductive health education program in a group setting? During this 4 hour group course, you will receive an introduction into hormone health and tips on how to achieve optimal health and wellbeing as a woman in today’s modern medical world.
