Do you want to discuss abnormalities you are seeing on your personal FEMM chart? Are you wanting to discuss symptoms or other health questions? If you are suffering from irregular cycles, heavy periods, painful periods, acne, severe PMS, etc., I am here to listen to your concerns, help you find solutions, and empower you on your health journey.

*This session is for women already trained in FEMM or other fertility awareness methods. If you are unacquainted with FEMM and want your hormone health questions answered, please book my ‘Hormone Tracking’ session.

Are you interested in learning a natural form of birth control? The FEMM approach to natural family planning is up to 99.6% effective when practiced correctly (that is, exactly as it is taught). Through body literacy eduction and hormone testing, I will help you identify signs of ovulation and how to plan your family without the use of synthetic hormones and devices.

Are you interested in learning more about your body through FEMM’s reproductive health education program in a group setting? During this 4 hour group course, you will receive an introduction into hormone health and tips on how to achieve optimal health and wellbeing as a woman in today’s modern medical world.
