Suppressing and destroying women’s reproductive systems as a means for birth control and negative menstrual cycle symptom reduction has become a “norm” in the medical world. Women equipped with body literacy education realize the power of their hormones and the beauty of embracing them as a crucial part of their feminine design.

As women become aquatinted with their bodies as they were created to function, they are able to identify abnormalities when they arise and seek treatment of the root cause before associated medical problems arise.

The destruction of the female body and lack of respect for her beauty has created a downstream affect on her soul. I believe that, by educating women about their natural beauty, this destruction I speak of will decrease.

My theory is, by educating women about their bodies, they will grow in recognition of their inherent beauty, thereby decreasing negative self image and thought.

By teaching women to identify menstrual cycle abnormalities in adolescence and young adulthood, problems are identified and treated early. Therefore, unnecessary medical bills and frustrations are avoided.
